Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All products at VarshiDoodles are primarily made to order.

Magnets are handcrafted in small batches, and printed products are produced after the order is placed. Only limited designs and quantities are kept readily in stock.

Due to this process, all orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update via SMS and/or email.

• Metro cities: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.

Courier Partners

For domestic orders, shipments are handled by trusted courier services such as:

Professional Courier, Blue Dart, DTDC, Franch express , and India Post.

For remote or non-serviceable areas, Registered Post / Speed Post may be used.

International Orders

International orders are accepted only through direct request.

All international shipments are sent through India Post.

Responsibility & Liability

VarshiDoodles (Varshini Krishna) is only responsible for dispatching orders from their store / studio/ home

Once the consignment is handed over to the courier company and the tracking details are shared, VarshiDoodles is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by the courier service or postal authorities.

Customers are requested to coordinate directly with the respective courier partner for delivery-related concerns after dispatch.
